Broadband not working

I have run internal tests, my rooter is on white light, I have messaged and called numerous times in 2 weeks and been cut off. I am going round in circles here and not getting anywhere! I have a vulnerable person living with me, and I cannot ok use wattsapp to call as I live in a rural area. 
I have a fire stick and cannot watch television. I need a technician to come out and fix my problem immediately or I will leave you

@5hareA5mile, you posted this in the email section, but it looks like it needs to be under Broadband  or similar, so I'll move this message there.

 

Please ensure that your community profile details are completed, as staff use that information to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings....add your Talktalk phone number account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
