Hi I was wondering if I could get some help in this matter to see if anyone else has had this issue. My d-link plug that connects my router to the internet is damaged the casing has came off and is exposing the wires inside! The router is 7 years old and I want to know how to get a replacement plug as this is a fire hazard? Thanks

Hi Emhis
I have ordered a replacement router, there will be no charge for this.
I've also ordered a returns bag so the old router can be returned. Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how you get on.
Thanks
Debbie

@Emhis ,
Perhaps you can clarify what you mean by "plug that connects my router to the internet"?
Do you mean a set of Powerline Adapters?

Yes debbie I have replied to your email! I will not get charged for the replacement will I?

Hi Emhis
I'm sorry to hear this. I can send you a replacement router and a returns bag for your current router.
Is the telephone number in your Community Profile, correct? (Please do not post the number on this thread)
Thanks
Debbie
