Broadband to Router is approx 32mbs. Ok for a day, then the speed from my Router drops down to around 1mbs. Restart and immediately back to 32mbs. Have to do this every day or two. Is the Router at fault?

Speed to Router is fine. Router to Laptop drops over the day.  Router is wired and Wi-fi.

I have posted on your other topic on the Community to confirm that a replacement router has been sent for testing.

Nowhere near as confusing as Customer services.

Yes, the speed to my Router remains the same at 32mbs. Its the speed from my Router to my Laptop that drops.  Resart and back to over 30mbs for a day or so.

@mike_wing  I didn't realise you had a 12 day old topic on this already, best to keep to that one, it gets very confusing when you open multiple topics on exactly the same issue !

@mike_wing when the speed to your laptop drops does the router remain connected at 32 to the "outside" world or is that connection dropping too ?

Does the issue happen both on WiFi and Ethernet connections to your laptop ?

If you have close neighbours and are using WiFi have you checked for local interference from other routers that could be affecting your speeds ?
