Can this please be rectified as the buffering is very disruptive for the past few days .

@Nellie11, please just stick to your original thread.

 

It causes unnecessary work and sometimes confusion on the forum if you start multiple threads for the same issue. 

 

Staff will reply to the earlier one during the day (Monday to Friday).

 

Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
