Hi @Melin4650 I'm sorry to hear that. Please try the below steps and let me know if the issue persists. 
 

  • Clear Browser Cache & Cookies
    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac) and clear cache/cookies.
  • Try Another Browser or Device
