Can no longer change our wifi channel

Hello

This time last year you removed the channel lock on our router (a FAST 5364) so we could avoid our neighbour's HUGE signal.

I've just tried to move it again but it went back to ch1 a few minutes later. It says 'settings saved' but it just goes back. Has the lock been re-instated?

Apologies, I've now switched the WIFI optimisation off again.

"Wifi optimisation" will be on whenever there's a factory reset or upgraded firmware, so leave the router on for staff to switch it off again. 

 

It won't be permanent, but you just post back on here whenever there's a problem, @Andy31.
