Can not use ports on router.

Message 8 of 8

Hi,

I cannot use all ports on my router. It looks like 443 is blocked for internal web server on the router. I need to use that port. How I can make it available please?

Hi mjdskjfsakjhsadkjds

I can see that @KeithFrench has offered to help with this. Would you be able to provide the screenshot?

I have just re-tried TCP port 443 on my Sagemcom & it works fine. Please include a screenshot of your rule, so that I can check it for you.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Morning,

Would you like us to send a Sagemcom router instead to see how this compares? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.

Thanks

That is down to using the Huawei DG8041W router. You can always ask TalkTalk if they will consider swapping it for the similar specification Sagemcom FAST 5364 router. This is in my opinion much better than the Huawei, even if it is not as configurable.
