The connection is fine when I go to other places I can access the internet.
My router is a Sagecom TalkTalk Wifi Hub.

Hi Lee
Sorry for the delay.
Are you still unable to connect this morning?
Please can you add the serial number from the back of your router to the Private Notes section of your Community Profile.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi Lee
Ok, please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then test this again?
Thanks

Hi Lee
Thank you. I'm just updating your firmware, please leave the router switched on without being rebooted.
