I’m trying to pay my bill & it won’t let me enter card details

I understand, I'm sorry to hear that, the issue has been escalated, you can try to make the payment on the automated line number or by calling us directly for now. 

Call our dedicated 24 hour payment line on 0345 172 0040. 

Here is the number to our customer service department 03451720088 who will be able to assist you moving forward, you can contact them between the times Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed
