I've connected my router but when I try to use the wifi I get a message
saying sign in to my network.
When I tap on the message I get a blank page.
Typing 192.168.1.1 in my browser just takes me to a page of websites.
I can't get the router admin page so I can't use my wifi.
Tech support can't solve this.
Any ideas?

If you search for it, you'll never be able to access the router's UI as the connection is coming in from the internet, which will be blocked by the router's firewall. Just type:-
192.168.1.1
into the browser's address bar:-
Access router's UI
Your screenshots do not show this "sign in to my network" error, so I don't know where this is coming from.
