Hlw guys. I order a broadband service from you guys yesterday. However, as stated in the conversation by me there is some connectivity issue with my mobile. Today, I ptovided that mobile to the service center and they stated that my mobile wilo be sent back to me by the end of march. So, as I m without my mobile till that time, wifi is of no use for me. So, I would like to cancell the order. I will contact you guys, once I get my mobile back.

Furthermore, engineer will be giving me visit on march 8th, cancell my order before that. To add , I tried all your customer service and loyality services number but none of them are working. So, please cancell my order taking this as a decision by me.

To cancel any service or order, this does have to be done via our customer loyalty teams directly. 

 

Can you give them a call again and they can place the cancellation for you.
