Cancelling broadband - overseas

Hi,

I need to cancel my broadband but I am now overseas, I can't call the number for cancellations as my mobile network provider will not support international calls. How can I get the broadband cancelled without calling the centre? Whenever I try to use the online chat it says that they are closed, despite me trying at different times (including opening/operating hours). It seems like a very difficult process so far!

You can also write and cancel but keep a record of posting the letter.

You certainly cannot cancel through the forum, unfortunately. 

If cancelling in writing, you may need to receive a call from Talktalk to finalise details. That certainly happens with Chat.

If you knew you were to be leaving the country it might have been better to cancel before you left .... all contact with Talktalk when abroad is more tricky, partly to protect your security.
