Cancelling my Talk Talk Account

Does anyone know a way to cancel their Talk talk Account as it seems impossible to get any to answer the phone.

My Account says I have to cancel over the phone but Talk Talk never pick up.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Phoning is the only way to cancel.

 

Ask for the Loyalty team.
