I have been trying to phone up to cancell my broadband and also I have been billed this month although I shouldn't have been.
There should be a note on my account regarding my previous phonecall which I was either going to have my account paused or cancelled when I find i new property as I have recently had a house fire hense why I don't require broadband.
Can someone call me or help asap

Hi there Emilypotter89. I am very sorry to hear this. We won't be able terminate your services in this department however I can check the reason why you have been billed as you did mention that you should have not been billed.
I will also be able to discuss the state of your account currently.
