The error is already for a month but it is not fixed yet. I want to enable HomeSafe but I have no way to do.

Mine is still not working, I have been trying to contact Talk talk. I appear to be communicating with someone (does not seem like a bot), but no solution.

Yes apologies I thought I'd updated all the threads concerning this issue. The team are implementing a fix on the 12th March when the next update of MyAccount takes place.

Hi Kevin, in the case of the others who've reported this I've been able to make the changes and I haven't seen the error message. In your case I can't make the change and can see the error. I've sent this over to the incident team to help them with their investigations.
