Cannot access National Lottery website using Firefox browser.

This started about a week ago. Got an error message saying that I am not in the uk (which I am) then the Secure Connection Failed error every time.

I have tried all the fixes I have found in google, cleared cache, cookies, site data etc, rebooted my router but same error every time. Have turned off firewall in Norton 360 but nothing helps.

Any advice weould be very much appreciated.

No other problems accessing any other web pages.

@Philile-TT  Many thanks for your speedy reply.

I have tried  using Amazon Silk browser on a Kindle fire HD but the web site doesn't  open, just a blank screen with no error messages.

It does seem to be something to do with my ip address not being recognised as in the UK and National Lottery just dropping the connection.
