Cannot us National Lottery site

I cannot use the National Lottery site, it simply will not load. After searching around it seems that Homesafe and Kidsafe are preventing the site loading even though they are switched off. I have tried turning Kidsafe on and off but to no avail. It happens in both Firefox and Safari browsers. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @NeilNorthiam try turning off your router at the mains for a full 30 minutes before turning it back on again. This should reset the session and give you a new IP address.

Pop up and ad blockers can also cause this, so if you are using these try adding the website to their white list.

 

Or try downloading a browser you have not used before and don't add any extensions or any apps.
