I have The National Lottery app on my phone but in the last 1 month I keep getting an error message. I cannot access the National lottery on my laptop or tablet either. Same error message. Called National Lottery they say could have a parental block or it Internet provider. Don't have a parental block on any devices. Wondered if anyone else having similar issues with their Internet. Don't have any issue if using others Internet only home one

Have you tried accessing it using phone mobile data?

 

Or a different browser?

 

Or simply wait for staff to pick this up. They'll be back on here from Thursday this week. 

 

For them to identify your account, add your Talktalk phone number or account number in the community profile area. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. Scroll down further to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Thank you. I've done all that and there is nothing there that should block it. Do you know what the error message means?
