Cannot login to hub from desktop

I can login into the hub from my mobile phone but on my desktop, running Windows 10, I cannot even load the page to get to login. I have the same problem with both Chrome and Edge.

Never used to have this problem and really not sure when this started happening. The last time I think I logged into the hub from my desktop was maybe three months ago.

Hi Geoff,

How are you getting on?

Thanks

I am using the correct IP address for my hub, hence at least getting the logo.

Since posting I have found using a different PC is OK. I am just updating the OS to see if this caused the issue. If updating the OS causes the problem then I have a real problem. If not then I know something is wrong with my main PC.

The Hub is fine.

Hi

So you have 2 browsers, and typing into the address bar 192.168.1.1 fails to connect to the router/modem/hub?

You show a network of 192.168.15.1, so are your values for the W10 device not like mine?

c:> ipconfig -all
