Cant log on / sign in to my account

On joining TalkTalk back in January I have never been able to log onto my account.

 

I cant get on the app nor online and when I try to reset password/register it just always says 'something went wrong, please try again' but it has never worked.

 

How do I get in contact with someone from talk talk to fix this issue??

The call centre is currently down and I need to check my details upon my account.

Can you re-register for My Account, it looks like your account was linked to a @gmail account, which was causing the issue. 

 

Any problems let me know

Thanks for starting a new thread.  sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
