Appalling service. 2 missed engineer visits. Incorrect billing. Inability for anyone to deal with it. Hours spent in chat bots / phone calls being randomly transferred from one department to the next

Hi @Minmocroft yes lots of people but they are all on the way home and won't be back till Monday.
