Been trying to make a complaint they are never logged on live chat they just keep lying to me, going round in circles, pay for 500mbps and only getting 320mbps but after my last live chat they cut my speed to 150mbps, how to make a complaint to get this sorted just being treated like a mug

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

Since trying to complain via Web chat my speed are getting lower and lower, now down to 100mbps,

There's a Complaints link at the bottom of every page.

 

If you would care to elaborate on your issue we may be able to help and advise here on the community.
