Good afternoon all,
since last night i have had a dropped connection from 65 to 1.5-2 Mbps ( upload is around 5Mbps )
I have restarted my router and performed a hard power pull and replug, but the connection remains slow.
I have tried to check for outages / planned maintenance in my area but cannot find anything.
Running a line test on the talktalk website also results in the "There was a technically issue" error
Not sure how to progress from here, i cannot test voice as we do not use a landline!
Location : Hitchin, Hertfordshire.

I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you add your TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then check the connection stats and run a line test.
If you are unsure of your landline number then if you log into My Account it will show there.

If the line is faulty then it can drag down broadband performance.
Suggest you borrow a handset and test.
