Back in March this year my tariff switched to Fibre 65 with a guaranteed download speed is 46 Mb/s. All has been great until the last couple of weeks. The connection has been randomly dropping daily and I have just checked the router dashboard which showing a current Download speed of 32.4 Mbps and an Upload speed 12 Mbps. Would someone be able to look into this for me?

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault towards the property and Openreach are requesting that we arrange an engineer visit.
Is the router currently connected at the test socket?
