Constant need to restart Router

How can I get to speak to a real person about my daily need to restart my Router. All I get is a Robot that tests the line and Router but never finds the ongoing daily problem?

Have we sent you a replacement router to rule out any faults with the router?

Make sure that your community forum profile details are complete, for them to identify your account. 

 

Add your Talktalk landline number  / account number to Personal Information. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
