I sent a complaint at concerns@talktalkplc.com and they confirmed they would be in touch in 72 hours. That was last Thursday, today's Tuesday and not a single word from them.
4 weeks without wifi, when I need it for my work. This customer service is plain awful.
Definitely not renewing my contract with them and I will give definitely lodge a complaint to Ofcom.
AVOID this company!

This thread is different from the other one. This is about being told by your team that you were going to phone me in 72 hours and you never did, even though you have left me without wi fi for four weeks. I would assume you would have made my call a priority?
