DG8041w firmware upgrade

Hi, I have the DG8041W router. It disconnects almost daily and interrupts whatever we're doing. Sometimes it'll disconnect a few times a day.

 

I've checked and it's on the v1.05t firmware which I've read on here needs to be upgrade to v1.06t version to stop the drop outs.

 

How do I arrange that please?

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.

 

I can try a different firmware version. When would be the best time to update the FW?

 

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW. This take no longer than 15 minutes to update.
