@Gliwmaeden2 Thank you very much for the information.

@Clockwork45 Your billing cycle runs from the 28th of each month to the 27th of the next month. On your November invoice dated 28 November 2025, you were charged for the full cycle (28 November – 27 December) because your account was active at that time. Since your account was closed on 31 December 2025, after the end of that cycle, your December invoice dated 28 December 2025 is your final bill. This invoice covers the next cycle (28 December – 27 January), but it includes an adjustment for the unused period after your account closure. The remaining amount due was £3.48, which reflects the final charges after this adjustment.

@Clockwork45,

This helps page tells you what is usually going to happen with your final bill(s):

https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Billing_and_Payments/Check_my_bills_and_usage/Your_final_bill

The details of your bill should be itemised in My Account.

You still have access to My Account after leaving, so that you can check back through recent past bills.
