Replacement Router last all but around 9 months (booooooo)
Can any tech folks help us get a replacement from talktalk as I not around during office hours to sit for hours on end relaying messages with my family member to a call center agent (been a deaf user)
Our router decided to give up the ghost this evening. Kicking all wifi and ethernet connections off. Router refuses to allow any connections to be made so we can not get a connection to it via ethernet or wifi (pc says unable to obtain IP address off the router)
Resetting the router via the pin hole (30secs) brings no joy

Hope its the red one as we had no end of issues with standard one as doesnt have enough power to transmit through the house properly.

The support team here will be back tomorrow, if they think a replacement router is necessary (and it sounds like it probably is !) then they will be able to arrange that for you.
They will hopefully be able to reply tomorrow to help.
