Fibre 65 Below Guaranteed Minimum

For a few weeks now I have noticed that my download speed has been far below my minimum expected in my Fibre 65 package sitting around 28 Mb/s, this is with no devices downloading or streaming so this isn't due to too much load, I've tried resetting the router but that hasn't helped.

 

Is there anyone that could help bring my speeds back up to my guaranteed minimum? thank you!

We've now received an update to advise that Openreach have resolved the fault. How is your connection at the moment?

The fault is still under investigation. I'll re-check again in a few hours and hopefully we'll have received an update.

Good morning,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. I can see that the line tests have detected a potential voice fault and this has been raised to Openreach for investigation. I've checked and there are no additional updates as yet so I'll check again later this afternoon.
