For a few weeks now I have noticed that my download speed has been far below my minimum expected in my Fibre 65 package sitting around 28 Mb/s, this is with no devices downloading or streaming so this isn't due to too much load, I've tried resetting the router but that hasn't helped.
Is there anyone that could help bring my speeds back up to my guaranteed minimum? thank you!
