Defective router.

For several weeks now my broadband fibre connection has been problematic, the router model is DG8041 W the connection is resetting several times a day, it will connect in the mid to high 40mbps and then slow down to 1 or 2 mbps. I have borrowed another router which has connected at 50mbps and held a stable connection for several days without resetting and negligible decrease in speed. In view of this could the faulty router be exchanged.
Cheers

Hi Debbie, I have rechecked the delivery packaging and I am afraid I can not find any return bag.
Cheers

Hi @Adge!
That's great, thanks for letting us know 🙂
You should have received a returns bag with the new router, was it in the bag with the new router?
