Digital switchover

I currently have "Fast Broadband" package at 11mb, do I need to upgrade to Full Fibre 35 for the digital switchover, I also have a health telecare device connected to my phone line.

You don't need to do anything at the moment. When you are due to switch TalkTalk will contact you (unless you wish to do so earlier).

 

Have you registered your reliance on your telecare device?

 

If not it's worth doing so before so it can be taken into account, but it may also be worth contacting the care company to check options.
