Hi!

I chose the talk-talk service because you advertised on your website that you only need to choose one of your services and you do not have to worry about solving the service with my current internet provider, because you will arrange everything by yourself.
I chose talk-talk mainly for this reason, as I'm having trouble getting my previous provider unsubscribed.
Meanwhile, I still have the signal of the previous supplier and yours is gone - so you did nothing.
And even though my internet with talk-talk isn't working, you haven't forgotten to send me a bill for the service that's not working.
What can you do for me?
I would like to have the Talk-Talk service and the previous service turned off as soon as possible.
And I'm sorry, but I can't call you because I don't understand what is being said to me.

Regards

Hi,
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number or your account number given at sign up so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
Please post back when done.
Thank you

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
