I have been having this problem for months now and it is getting worse especially today it's going off nearly every 10 minutes. So frustrating. I have done all the home checks several times and it's still no better. I refuse to talk to the tech team. Last time I did I was on the phone for nearly 3hrs. I'm 69yrs old and cannot understand it all. But they are not helping me at all. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Please somebody help me.

@Squelch#62, you seem to have overlooked the reply from staff at the start of the month.

 

You can find your old threads in the ACTIVITY area of your profile. 

 

Staff prefer you to follow up on the original thread for continuity and to avoid unnecessary duplication.
