Hi, I've had absolutely no internet for the past 3 days without much help from the TalkTalk service centre. I've run a couple of Health checks for my network recently and it always says the same thing that an Engineer has been booked for my Faulty line. This is strange because not only has nobody come to visit yet but there were no confirmation SMS texts nor any emails sent to book a slot for the Engineer so I have no idea whether they're coming or not.
I really would like to get this situation sorted out asap seeming I do in fact work at home and I've had to take drastic measures because of the lack of internet connection.

Hi PinkGrizz,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Is your voice (telephone) service also affected? Is there a dial tone?
