For the last few weeks, I have to reboot my router at least once a day, sometimes several times. Both WiFi and wired LAN connected devices usually report that they are still connected to the router, but there is no internet connection.
Prior to this, I only had to reboot very occasionally, perhaps once a month.
Line test from talktalks website indicates no problems with my line.
Please can you advise the best way to resolve this?
Many thanks,
Ian Lewis.

Hi Debbie,
Connection has been stable, I haven't had to reboot. Would you like me to return the old router?

New router delivered and plugged in, seems to be working well, I'll wait a few days to check how stable the connection is.

OK thanks Ian

Yes please.
Do you need my address?

Morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Would you like us to send a different router for testing purposes to rule this out? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
Thanks
