Faulty router

Hi, my router is faulty. Have run all the diagnostic tests. Nothing solving the problem. It is very old so I am guessing it is due to age? Please could you send me a replacement router. The one we currently have is a Super Router HG635. Couldn't get any sense out of website and bot chat just sending us in circles.
