Ive had TalkTalk for years, suddenly last week the Broadband just stopped working, Ive had numerous calls to TalkTalk technical support and we keep going around in circles, they cant fix it and wont send an engineer to visit, im really at the end of my patients and am looking to go with someone else.
Ive logged into the router and everything appears normal , the router says its connected to the internet but the uptime counter always displays 1 second and never changes. I missed a phone call from the case manager ( voicemail left ) who said he can see my internet is up and that they are going to close the case!!!
the LED light on modem is blue, Ive tried vrious different devices and browsers nothing works.
TalkTalk customer service and technical support are really terrible to deal with.
