My internet is package Fibre 35 so why is my broadband coming from my phone line and not a fibre cable?

Because it is a Fibre to the Cabinet service (FTTC)

 

OFCOM allow ISPs to call it a FIBRE service even though the last part is over the phone line.

Only Future Fibre connections are full Fibre to the Property (FTTP)
