Constant broken promises from TT that Openreach will email us etc with new date for dig. Told permissions had been given? OR surveyed and told us all ok but found blockage later and told needed ducting. How long does that take!! 2 houses to left and 3 houses to right of us on road all straightforward and dug so who is telling g us lies?! Nobody calls us its us constantly having to waste up to 2 hrs on chat. What to do next? Official complaint logged but get call that never rings but occasionally leaves message ‘no worries we will call you back’. They don’t. Approached customer care etc nothing. Thinking of contacting BBC Watchdog as all old Wiring now exposed after floor renovations and H&S issue too in house which is why we ordered fibre direct in first place. Any advice if somebody who will update us honestly as soon as possible stressful now. We are priority too. Useless. HELP PLEASE??
