Dear talk talk,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a tenant moving into the property on 21st October, and as my contract with Talk Talk has now ended, I would like to request that the account be closed on that date.

Please confirm that the disconnection will be processed accordingly.

I've been very happy with your services over the last 8 years.

We kindly ask that you call our customer service team at [03451720088 you can contact them between the times Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm ; Saturday - 9am - 6pm ; Sunday - Closed] and they will be able to put you through to our Rention Team to assist you with your cancellation. This step is necessary to verify your identity and fulfill your request securely.
