Contract renewals "Unsolicited call"

I have just endured a lengthy call from I suspect the Philippines, the quality of which was ABYSMAL.

Laughable if it were not so tragic that it was made by a COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY!

I almost agreed to the offer despite having little understanding of what was being said.

The conversation was eventually terminated as I thought how ridiculous it was to continue and commit myself under such circumstances.

If anyone from TT reads this, I am open to discussion about a new contract, but it must be conducted so that I can fully understand what is being offered and just what I am agreeing to.

I am incredulous that I even need to post this on the forum!

Thanks @Gliwmaeden2

I'll try that later in the week. 🙂

Normally I would use the Loyalty team/ Better Value team /Retentions for all your contract dealings, @Steamywee, by phoning 03451 720088 or using Chat.

You get a different offer sometimes each time you try, so it's worth setting aside a bit of time.

You don't have to settle for what shows up by email or in Offers & Upgrades, and I would feel happier making the phone call myself, rather than being on the receiving end, just in case it was a scammer and not actually Talktalk.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
