File system access no longer working after installing Fast5465

Hi, we received a new box from TalkTalk (Fast 5464) to replace the original box we received.  We have a main PC which is used as a file server for all our data, and 3 other PCs.  These are all connected via ethernet cables and a router.  All work on all the PCs is saved on the main PC which is continuously backed up to the cloud.  After connecting up the new box all the PCs can access the internet, as before, but cannot see the main PC at all.  We have not altered any settings or access information on the main PC or the router.  I have checked that all the cables are firmly in place.  Any ideas?
