My Youview box does not now work since installing full fiber broadband

Hi what do we do now that our old router is gone which linked our Youview box to it. We now have an eero hub.

Will talktalk send us a new Youview box that we can get everything back that we had before the change

TalkTalk no longer provide the older youview boxes, and have not done for over 4 years now.

 

You may be eligible for the new TV HUB that will connect over Wi-Fi.

 

If this is something you may be interested in, give our teams a call and they can discuss options with you.
