IT'S A PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT SLIDES OUT -JOB DONE BUT I WAS THINKING IT WAS CARD. Nowhere is this made clear, but it seems others have managed. If you'd stated the piece of plastic with the sticker on slides out, I'd have understood. It certainly didn't look obvious. Well at least now I'm not locked out of my own router's admin. Thank you. Perhaps a simple picture might help in future, though I guess many subscribers never even wish to change the settings.

I am sorry if "label behind the pull out tab at the back" was insufficiently clear.

I'm 71, to me, card is ........card! Although a credit card is plastic so my mistake. Anyway after so many years of duff phone line wit the occasional blazing speed we are 100% now. Thank you -the 4 hours of web chat on Sunday was worth it

See the attached picture, NOWHERE can I find the admin password - no card in the box, no other documentation and that sticker doesn't want to come off. I also scanned the QR code and that was of no use either. Thank you

Hi @windlesham1

If you slide the card out, is there anything behind this?

Hi @windlesham1

Do you need to log into the router admin page at the moment?

If there is no sticker with passwords on then I will need to send another router.

Am I supposed to peel off the label? I tried but it just tore. The password I'd like is for admin -192.168.1.1

Password for what? If you are talking about a TalkTalk Hub router then you can find the password on the label behind the pull out tab at the back. The username is admin.
