I have no constant light on router and PC is slow too respond, I have done a reset on the router and a restart on the PC but no improvement (oap user).

@maybrick1, add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information details so that staff will be able to identify your account.
They will be on here during the day to respond to your query.
Go via your avatar; settings, drop down menu......Personal Information. Scroll down to SAVE CHANGES.
