I think I may have the same problem.

My fibre intermittently  drops, sometimes ok for days, others time it resets 3-4 times a day. I’ve contacted support before and told there’s nothing wrong and I’d have to pay for an engineer visit. Ive checked the log and every time it drops this message comes up in the logs, any ideas? 1981-01-01 00:00:10 [Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: System reset due to kernel panic, Terminal:OTHER

2022-02-12 21:03:54 [Notice][Run-Log] SNTP has synchronised successfully, current time is [2022-02-12 21:03:54+00:00], uptime is [128s].

Hi Jason

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've made a change to the firmware. Please can you retest and let us know how the connection compares.

Thanks

Debbie

Hi @jasonpurvey,

If your router is currently on firmware version 1.05t then this can be fixed by getting an upgrade to 1.06t, the staff here won't be around until Monday, but they will be able to push the new firmware out to your router when they are back next week.
