The Wifi seems to be working better than it did haven't disconnected since the weekend, just waiting now to see if my speed improves cause it usually connects at around 53 mb/s but its currently on 46 mb/s

Hi @pauldnb kindly accept my sincere apologies for the delay in response. Are you still having this issue? when was the last time you experienced a dropping in connection?

We'll need you to move your device to within three metres of your router. You'll also need to make sure you have a clear line of sight to your router.

Please advise once done.

I'll need you to test your device within 3 metres of the router. If you're not already, can you move the device to within 3 metres of the router and then confirm once done?

If this isn't possible, please let me know.

You'll need to remove the TalkTalk network from your device so it can be set up again from scratch. As the device is unsupported, we can't give specific instructions, but usually this would appear as an option to "Forget Network" or "Delete Network".

Once found, please complete this action and let us know the outcome by choosing 1 of the below.

1.Able to forget/remove network settings

2.Unable to forget/remove network settings

Do you know if the device you're using supports WPS?

WPS, or WiFi-Protected Setup, allows you to trigger the device to connect to WiFi at the push of a button or through a menu item on the device, without needing to configure the WiFi name or password.
