Loss of Power to Openreach modem

Despite only having a new one in December the power seems to have died to our Openreach modem meaning we have completely lost our broadband service again. Is there a way to connect without the Openreach modem until it can be fixed again?

Hi Garethw3

I've checked and it is G.fast. An Openreach engineer visit will be required to replace the openreach modem.

Are you happy for me to arrange an engineer visit?

I’m not sure what G Fast is but we have the 140mb service and we have the talk talk router with the white Openreach modem too. It has no power to it.

Hi Garethw3

I'm sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, do you have a G.fast connection?

What service do you have ?

You have posted in the broadband board and on normal ADSL broadband TT supply a combined modem/router.
